Good day Spartans, lets look at the Spartans Element programme that I personally run via

What are the Spartan Elements?

They are a set of carefully designed routines that are updated monthly based on the 4 Elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

What do they consist of?

Each routine is made to highlight the most common fitness goals.e.g

Fire = Fatburn

Earth = Muscle building/toning

Air = Speed and power

Water = MMA conditioning

These are then broken down into basic movements such as squats, sprints, press ups, etc.

How long does each workout last?

They have been designed to be as short as 30 mins or up to 50mins, depending on the programme you pick and they can be performed wherever you are …within reason of course.
